Autism and ADHD Assessments

We offer online assessments for adults exploring whether they may be Autistic and/or have ADHD. Our work is grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming, neuroinclusive, and culturally responsive approach that recognizes these as natural variations in human experience.

Recognizing the meaningful overlap and frequent co-occurrence between Autism and ADHD, we offer combined AuDHD assessments.

Assessment Process
The process begins with an initial intake to determine whether a full assessment is needed. If appropriate, the assessment package includes three sessions: intake, assessment, and follow-up with feedback and recommendations. Further details are provided after intake inquiry.

Our Approach
All assessments are strengths-based and collaborative, prioritizing lived experience alongside clinical insight to support clarity and self-understanding. Sessions are conducted fully online for accessibility worldwide.
